Revision by EMSA with the following changes:
- Updated ECHD API specifications due to hazmat item uniqueness being a combination of "editionType" and "id" attributes. The "editionType" attribute was added outside the details of hazmat item,
because when MNSWs process deletions announcements from the ECHD, the combination of "editionType" and "id" attributes must be used to identify the item to be deleted.
The "editionType" attribute was duplicated in the message structure to ensure backwards compatibility with previous version of the specifications.
- Update on the domain for REST APIs endpoints from apim.emswe-db.emsa.europa.eu to oauth-apim.emswe-db.emsa.europa.eu.
- Missing code lists added in Annex B for alignment with the ESD API specifications.
- Code lists used by the ECHD added in Annex B.
- The description fields in the "postal address" object of the ESD YAML specification have been generalized.
- "MIG" added to the list of acronyms.
- Link to the EMSWe documentation published on the EMSA website added in Chapter 3.
- Revised paragraph 4.2 to clarify the procedure for Member States (MS) to connect to the EMSWe DBs in production.
- Revised paragraph 6.3 to clarify the procedure to be followed by MS after commissioning tests are completed.
- Updated zip file for local execution of commissioning tests to create data according to the above change.
- Renamed Appendix B from "Translation of code lists used in API" to "Code lists used in API".
- Added links to download previous versions of the SIG in the Version number of Version History section.
